Common questions
What counts as a "user"?
Anyone who has signed up to your app through Dashguard. Active or inactive — it's just a total count, not monthly active users. No surprises at the end of the month.
Do I need to write any code?
No. You paste one URL into your Webflow, Bubble, or Framer site. That's it. If you do want API access for a custom integration, that's available too.
Will my users see "Dashguard" anywhere?
On the free plan, yes. On Builder and above, your branding replaces ours completely — your logo, your colours, your domain (Growth plan).
Can I switch plans later?
Yes. Upgrade or downgrade any time. If you upgrade mid-month, we charge the difference pro-rata. No contracts.
What happens if I go over my user limit?
We'll email you when you're at 80%. Your app keeps working — we won't cut you off. You just need to upgrade before the next billing cycle.
